How long will it take to receive my order?: Since all orders going to the UK (and other countries) are posted from the United States — by Air — it will take about 4 to 7 days to receive your order. If you’re in the US, you should receive your order in about 2 to 3 days. (Canadian orders are sent from the U.S.).

What currency are the prices shown in?: All prices shown are in US dollars.
What is your return policy?: "UNOPENED CARTONS" may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Is your product available in stores?: No, not in the United Kingdom. Only at Meijer stores in the USA.
How do you sell the cigarettes?: We sell them by the carton only for $39.95 USD (or about £22) per carton.
How many packets per carton?: There are 10 packets per carton (with 20 cigarettes per packet).
What are the ingredients?: 100% Cocoa Bean Shell ground and toasted and strip form with a moisture (water) content of 12%
Do your cigarettes contain tar?: Smoke Free cigarettes contain 7 milligrams of tar.
Are there any health concerns?: Smoking any kind of cigarette is bad for your health. There's no such thing as a safe cigarette.
